A fairly complete list of the OTs that participated in combine drills is shown below, including 40 times, bench press reps, and tales of the tape...

While there were some surprises at the combine, there were two performances that were expected... and spot on.  Russell Okung showed everyone why he is by far the class of this draft.  He cranked out 38 reps on the bench (225 lbs), and looked solid in his .40 and running drills.  He still appears to be the only LT in this draft class that will be ready to start this September.  Bruce Campbell turned in the expected gaudy numbers, which could be a win/lose proposal.  The positive is it will improve his draft stock, even with the injury history.  The downside is he'll likely end up going at #8 to the Raiders.  Al Davis won't be able to overlook a 6'6" 320 lb. lineman that can turn in a 4.85 40.

Others who helped their cause:

Charles Brown had mixed marks at the combine, and opted out of running the 40.  He does have a recorded time of 5.20, but that was at a smaller girth.  This may give some teams pause, but the biggest concern with Brown wasn't speed, but size.  Coming in above 300 and still looking nimble(ish) in drills did a lot to boost his draft position.  Add in the reach of 35 1/4" and he has served notice to the Seahawks that he deserves attention at the 14 spot instead of a RB.  He could be the third, fourth, or fifth OT to go in this draft, but has the skill set to be the second best in this class behind Okung.
Trent Williams did everything that he was expected to do.  He solidified his spot as the best RT in this draft, and will make some teams wonder if he can be a solid LT as well.  He has the desired size and quickness of an OT in a zone blocking system.
Tony Washington hasn't been blowing up too many chat rooms, and he does lack experience against the kind of DEs he'd be facing in the NFL.  However, for a team that is looking a few years down the road, this is a mid- to late-round guy that has the ability to learn an NFL system and be a solid LT in a few years.  He has great arms, solid strength, and good speed for a 310 lb. man.
Roger Saffold is another value pick in the draft.  He had a solid, quiet senior year, and did the same in the combine.  He may be more attractive at RT, but he met every challenge thrown at him in drills.

Those who took a step backwards: Not to say I told you so, but...

Anthony Davis looked sloppy in drills and turned in a pedestrian 5.4 time in the 40.  Yes, his jumping skills were towards the top of the pack, but that skill set seem more important to the defensive linemen.  Davis still has a lot of upside if he can gain the discipline and control his body mass, but that hasn't happened as of yet... and how much more motivation can there be than the $7 - $10 million at stake with his draft position?  If I'm a GM in the NFL, I'm not touching him until late 1st round at best, and that is only if I don't have other needs to address.
Bryan Bulaga performed well in the drills, but the measurement section of the combine is what has hurt his chances.  LTs in the NFL tend to have large wingspans to help keep control of bulldozing DEs.  At 33 1/4" Bulaga looks to be more game-ready at LG than LT.
Selvish Capers has been bouncing around mock draft boards anywhere from the 1st to the 4th round.  While he was seen as a solid 2nd round selection, he should be expecting a call towards the end of day 2 now.  His quickness was solid, but the concern with Capers has been his strength and physicality. A very poor showing in the bench will hurt his draft positioning.
Ciron Black was expecting to be in a tight lock with Capers for draft position.  That is still the case, but he looked slow in every facet of the combine and a 33" reach will have him being looked at as a RT coming out in the third round.
